When we think of “Managing the
Innovation Process” we typically overcomplicate it and think of two things:

R&D departments developing new
products and services for customers
·
Business process re-engineering to
develop new systems and processes
It doesn’t have to be as complex as
this.
Innovation is something that is open
to us all, as individuals and at all levels in the business organisation.
We can all be creative and have the
capability to turn that into effective innovation in the business organisation
environment.
This programme will focus on what
Innovation means for every business; the stable and the growing; the established
and the newly created; the traditional and the novel. It will help delegates
discover ways in which THEIR business can capitalise on the untapped talents of
all its people.
